Emotional Anatomy

Francis is the conduit for a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems for you to bring about your healing.

What is Emotional Anatomy

Emotional Anatomy is a body-mind-soul assessment tool. As you create so are you created. Your feelings are the vocabulary of the body, it goes to say that when you hold an emotion for a long period of time and it becomes chronic it will manifest in your body to have an effect on you physically and your Chakras (energy centres) from Root to Throat. The physical body can display the effects by the size or shape as well as if an area is balanced, blocked, depleted, drained, swollen or rigid (only some of conditions). These can attribute to the Chakras being in a healthy state or not flowing, no energy, energy flowing through too quickly, not feeling enough or not being flexible.

Your skeletal alignment can also provide information about your energetic preferences. Such as your right foot turned out may have you in your masculine energies of acting more out of logic to be the provider of all thing tangible. Turning away from your feminism side of feeling, intuition and stillness.

Just think what affect could that be having on you physically in other areas or it may be showing up in your family and work life? This knowledge enables you to determine the best course of authentic action in all areas of your life.
